VIBRATORY BOWL FEEDER

During an internship at Opus KSD, I designed a custom vibratory bowl feeder for the loading of 26 sutures into bioabsorbable stapler magazines. Previously done manually with tweezers (6 min/magazine), the automated system cut cycle time to 1 minute, an 83% efficiency gain.
